It is best to take these herbs on an empty stomach in warm or hot water. They can all be mixed together, 2 scoops (spoon enclosed) of each formula.
What is the best way to take these herbs?

Pneumonia Prevention Formula: Huang Qi, Bai Zhu, Fang Feng, Mian Ma Guan Zhong, Jin Yin Hua, Chen Pi, Ban Xia
Formula #2: Gui Zhi Tang Formula-Gui Zhi, Bai Shao, Sheng Jiang, Da Zao, Zhi Gan Cao plus Fu Ling, Bai Zhu, Ge Gen

Can I take them if I'm pregnant?

Other herbal formulas would be more effective once virus is contracted. At this point, you would definitely want to contact your physician first. We can consult with you regarding options.
If I'm feeling sick, will these herbs be effective?

We would suggest you continue with Formula 2. If you have underlying lung issues or a history of asthma or pneumonia we would also suggest one more round of Pneumonia Prevention Formula.
What do I do when I finish my first batch of herbs?

I have two bottles of Formula Two. Do I keep taking these?

These three formulas are free of gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, nuts, and soy.
Are these formulas gluten free? Any other food allergies I should be aware of?

Can I take them if I'm breast feeding?

What dosage can children take these formulas?

Yes, but monitor your blood pressure and possibly your prothrombin time if on anticoagulants. There should not be a problem, however.
Can I take these with pre-existing conditions?

We are dealing with 3 different reputable herbal providers. Each suppliers herbs have a slightly different quality, some are more granular and others are heavier. This also explains why the volume may look different. The weight is the same.
Why does my second batch of formula #2 look different from the first?
