Kim Perrone, Owner, LAc, RPh
Having worked over 40 years in the medical field as first a Pharmacist, and then as an Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist, Kim blends her knowledge of Western Science and practice of Eastern Medicine to diagnose and treat patients as holistically and comprehensively as possible. She practices not only Traditional Chinese Medicine, but also allergy elimination techniques such as NAET, NMT and Bioset as well as the Kauffman technique. She has a certification in Gua Sha and loves fire cupping!
She opened the Center in 2004 and has worked to create a healing space where people feel comfortable and safe to heal. She is happy to have a staff that works together not only as practitioners but as family.
Kim holds a B.S. from UT in Pharmacy and a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Dallas College of Oriental Medicine.
Cody Klein, LAc, LMT
Cody’s study of medicine began in 1989 in the U.S. Air Force where he was trained in emergency field medicine and laboratory work, including clinical lab, histology, cytotechnology, phlebotomy and autopsy. He began his study of bodywork and movement therapy in 1999, graduating from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Movement. Cody has had in depth training in cranio-sacral, myofascial release w/ structural integration, neuromuscular therapy, spinal reflex analysis, Asian bodywork, acupressure, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, and is certified in Equine sports massage. Cody has years of experience as a college instructor, teaching massage therapy, anatomy & physiology, biomechanics, and pathophysiology. He has a B.S.from the University of the State of New York and a Masters degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine.
Leanna Rae, MSSW, CPLC, TBIT, RMT
Leanna Rae’s therapeutic experience of over 13 years has allowed her to develop a streamlined, results driven practice. Neuro Integration and Balancing helps to integrate the functions of the brain and body to work together for increased focus, creativity, emotional balance and joyful living for all ages.
Leanna Rae has her Masters in Social Work and is a certified practitioner in many areas of Neuro Integration techniques and movement modalities. She is a presenter and teacher in personal growth, stress management, Simplicity Parenting and communication for business, parents and counselors. Leanna is licensed by the Pastoral Medical Association.

Tony Ruiz, BS, LMT
Anthony "Tony" Ruiz grew up in Toledo, OH until joining the U.S. Marine Corps in 2003. While Serving 5 years as a KC-130 Flight Mechanic, stationed in Okinawa, Japan and finishing in Fort Worth, TX, Tony began studying kinesiology at American Military University. Upon Honorable Discharge, he received his Bachelors of Science in Sports and Health Sciences in 2009. Tony became a licensed massage therapist in November 2010, specializing in deep tissue, sports, myofascial, postural correction, therapeutic and prenatal massage. He is married to Amy, with 2 children, Gabby and Elijah, His favorite hobbies include gardening and officiating Texas High School football.
Jessica Correa, Dip. O.M., L.Ac
Jessica graduated from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in 2015 with a Bachelor's in Health Sciences and a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine . Jessica has worked in numerous high volume clinics and also in different types of acupuncture settings, most notably, community acupuncture. Jessica also runs her own private practice in Colleyville.
She enjoys seeing all types of cases but has a deeper passion for pain management, women's health and reproductive issues. In her off time as a busy mother of 3 and a wife, Jessica enjoys yoga, playing sports with her kids and camping. Jessica is licensed by the Texas Medical Board and a Diplomate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine by the NCCAOM. She is also licensed in California and speaks fluent Spanish.
Carolyn, Practice Manager
Carolyn graduated from Harding University with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Psychology, and is also a certified phlebotomist. She was a college athlete for four years and learned valuable lessons in time management, leadership, communication, and commitment. She does her best to go above and beyond the expectations of our patients, and is working with Leanna doing laser protocols and brain balancing work with children. It is her goal to make the front office as comfortable and inviting as possible.
Carolyn has many skills, including feeding the staff delicious and nutritious lunches with the occasional gluten free desserts she creates. She loves working out and pampering her dog, Cooper.
Dacia, Practice Manager
Dacia has been working at the Center since January 2018. She has worked in various industries and has 10 years of customer service and management experience. Dacia always strives to ensure excellent service in all aspects of our patients visits. She is incredibly organized and efficient and will tackle any task.
Outside of the office, you can find with her husband and three rescue dogs and usually enjoying some chips and salsa. She is a true type 5 and is referred to by Kim as the "Human Encyclopedia". Infinitely curious and always learning something about everything. When you meet her feel free to strike up a conversation!
Ariel, Client Coordinator
Ariel has always had an interest in alternative medicine and nutrition. She graduated from Hendrix College with a B.S. in Health Sciences, and shortly after became a certified yoga instructor. She initially learned about the Center for the Healing Arts as a patient, and loved the healing atmosphere.
Along with working here, she now teaches yoga classes every Sunday at the Center. In her spare time, she loves working as an artist and taking care of her pets and houseplants. She is our resident "flower child."
