New patient acupuncture appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes. Your acupuncturist will go over your medical history, lifestyle, chief complaints and reason for your visit. Your session may also include cupping, gua sha, or ear seeds. Supplements or herbs may also be suggested by your acupuncturist, all depending on your needs.

Follow up appointments will be scheduled for 45 minutes. Your acupuncturist will continue treatment and make adjustments as needed to tailor your needs as a patient.

We use points on the scalp and below the elbows and knees to treat the entire body, so there's no need to undress. Yes, we can even address your back pain by treating your wrists! Just remove your shoes and roll up your pants and sleeves. You will be nearby other patients quietly receiving treatment at the same time. Patients can benefit from the community setting, as it's not often that we stop and take time to relax while surrounded by our peers.
