Tony Ruiz is our massage therapist providing Ashi Thai and therapeutic medical massage for result-driven therapy. Leanna Rae is our brain balancing expert and experienced therapist. Katie Gahr is our practice manager and also works as a Myofascial Release massage therapist. You may also be greeted at the front desk by Holly Moore, our client coordinator! We are also happy to house Mindful, a group of psychiatrists, led by Dr. Brian Dixon, who strive to improve mental health outcomes in children and adults through education, minimal medications and empowerment.

Acupuncture Therapies

Alternative treatments have shown acupuncture to be effective in treating pain, allergies, palliative care with cancer patients for nausea and weakness, and many types of chronic illnesses.

Community
Acupuncture

We have community acupuncture on Tuesday afternoons, allowing our patients a more affordable, effective method of healing.

Cosmetic Acupuncture

and Micro Needling

Cosmetic acupuncture is a non-invasive treatment that involves using acupuncture to improve fine lines and fight the aging process. It can increase collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid and improve texture and tone. This treatment also can include facial gua sha, the Jade Machine with color therapy, or facial cupping.

At our acupuncture clinic, we also offer micro needling to help combat the signs of aging and other skin concerns. It's a safe and effective treatment that uses small needles to stimulate collagen production and encourage skin rejuvenation. For even better results, we combine it with red light therapy to increase circulation and promote healing.

Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage combines a variety of techniques that enhance the body's natural restorative functioning, release tension, relax muscles, increase blood and lymph circulation, and impart a sense of calm. Therapeutic massage is also used to alleviate pain and stress, aid soft tissue healing, and provide balancing aspects of body, mind, and spirit.

Neuro Integration

NeuroIntegration aligns the body and creates a network of neural connections that brings about improvement in self-esteem, emotional regulation, communication, comprehension, memory, and much more.  Overall, this work makes wide-ranging changes in people’s lives.
