A HEALING PARTNERSHIP

TOG
is an organic landscape partnership with the Center for the Healing Arts located at 312 West Leuda, Fort Worth, Texas. OGCFW is responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining an organic landscape at the Center. Kim McLaughlin, owner of the Center, sponsors these activities. OGCFW will also honor Kim's vision for the Center as a place for people "to come, be happy and be healed." Our board meetings are held there, and future plans include workshops, which will be open to the public, and the expansion of the gardens on the Center grounds.

At present, OGCFW is concentrating on the planting beds adjacent to the front and west entrances of the Center. Two beds have been cleaned up and the soil has been aerated and amended with compost and lava sand thanks to OGCFW Board Members, Mona Perez (Center Receptionist) and her son Isaac. For more information on the Organic Garden Club of Fort Worth, please visit their website: http://www.organicgardenclubfw.org/
